Where Animals RULE!!!

Zoology is the study of Animals. We need to study animals, so we can find out about them, and how we can live together on the planet. There are over 10 MILLION species of creatures in the world. Many of them are in danger of extinction, and we need to help them.

A long time ago, the Dodo was a bird that was plentiful and they were a common species. Then a group of settlers came to there Island, and fed them to their pigs and dogs. Now the Dodo is exctinct, and who nows, they could have cured AIDS, or certain types of Cancer. But, we will never know.

Every 45 minutes, 100 acres of the rainforest gets burned or chopped down. With the rainforest goes intresting animals such as The Panther, Certain types of Monkeys, Bats, Birds, such as the Mackaw, Parakeet, and Parrots, and many tree and ground frogs. We have to stop this logging, because not only will we have harse weather conditions, but, animals in the rainforest that can not be found any where else will die, and will make the ENTIRE species extinct.

Ways YOU can help:

1. You can help by joining a club like greenpeace or World Wildlife Fund.

2. You can also help by not polluting, or not polluting continually or purposly. This will keep animals alive and safe for a little bit longer.

3. Reusing paper or plastic bags will help. Less trees will be chopped down, and more animals can have homes.

These are just some of the things that you can do to help animals and the enviorment.

If you want to learn more about how you can help, you can find out from a enviormental group or the internet. Remember, whatever you do, you'll be helping some species in the world.
