Stress: Are you tired of it,do you want to learn how to deal with stress first when you wakeup. I advise you to think positively about yourself and look at everything like if it was positive. Here are some steps I advise you to take.

Step 1- Wake up with a fresh start and think positively about yourself.
Step2 - Take a test of yourself to release the stress.
Step3 - If you're going to school or work, forget about anger, think of something positive for example, boyfriend, girlfriend, family anything that makes you happy, and makes you think positively about yourself, because your life and your health is important.
 

Almost 50% of this world thinks that committing suicide and drinking and smoking and doing drugs is the only way to deal with stress, but your wrong. I think that you should look around you and see all the love and support that you have or if you're religious, I advise you to see the beautiful things God has created for you and remember that everything that happens to you happens for a reason and something good will come out of everything. Remember killing yourself is not the answer to your stress problems.

  Take a stress test
1. Are you happy with yourself?
2. Are you a positive thinker?
3. Do you worry about what other people say about you?
4. How do you wakeup, in a stressful mood or a good mood?

If none of these things work I would advise you to do some meditation
