Macromedia Dreamweaver is a WYSIWYG editor, meaning "What You See Is What You Get." Using this type of editor, it allows you to see on the monitor exactly what will appear when the document is published on the Internet.
When you first open Macromedia Dreamweaver, you will notice three palettes: the Objects palette, the Properties Palette, and the Launcher Palette.
