Internet and Web Design Workshop

The purpose of this hands-on seminars is to introduce teachers to advanced internet concepts and new media applications. The seminar will introduce participants to techniques for finding, using, and critically evaluating information on the Web. Participants will also learn how to search for applicable resources, manage bookmarks, and download images and text. In developing their own web pages, participants will learn the importance of storyboarding, design, layout and digital manipulation of images.
